Four years running revenue platforms at Deloitte. Twenty-two credit cards, each with a job. A Scapia customer since the first application was declined. One trip, Delhi to Scapia's door in Bengaluru, in two chapters.
Product manager who spent four years on the revenue side at Deloitte, running the configure, price and quote platforms that decide what a deal is worth. Outside work, a credit card and miles obsessive: 22 cards, a routing rule for every rupee, and vacations paid for in points. Both halves point at the same job: owning how much Scapia earns on every trip.
Each card has a job. Pick what you're paying for and see which one comes out, in my own rules. Click any card to read it.
Earning is the easy half. These are the routes the points actually take, and the ones I'm moving to after Axis dropped Accor, Marriott and Qatar on 2 April 2026.

I'm not applying as an outsider. I'm a customer you declined once, who came back for one feature, and who now routes spend to keep it.
A ₹6,000 Bengaluru to Goa flight. Customer copy is what the traveller sees; merchant copy is what the business keeps. The sliders are the levers this role owns.

If the merchant copy made you want to argue with my assumptions, that's the conversation I'm hoping for.
